20 Years of Experience Practicing and Teaching Meditation
Josh has 20 years of experience practicing and teaching meditation and has conducted numerous workshops and seminars in Toronto and in various locations abroad.
He explains the meditative process through the concepts of physics, philosophy, and psychology illustrating the principles involved from all three viewpoints in an effort to give students a broad spectrum for reference for their practice.
Josh specializes in teaching beginners the principles of establishing a meditation practice and he deeply cherishes the opportunity to share from his own direct experience how these techniques have better equipped him in balancing the challenges of life.
Josh leads the mindfulness components of several yoga teacher training programs and presents meditation annually for the Association of Law Officers of the Crown while practicing Family, Civil Litigation and Estate law in Hamilton, ON
